Same-day emergency replacement
Failed unit and no hot water? We stock gas and electric replacements on the van and can usually have a new unit installed the same day. Fully installed price is quoted before work starts.
Victorian government rebates
The Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program pays up to $1,000 off a heat pump replacement when swapping from gas or electric. We handle the paperwork and the rebate is applied to the invoice - you don't pay upfront and claim later.
Which system is cheapest to run?
Heat pumps run at roughly 1/3 the electricity of a resistive electric tank and beat gas continuous flow on running cost too, especially with solar panels. Payback on the extra install cost is typically 3-5 years for a family of 4.
What's included in our price
Unit, install, safe tray, tempering valve, pressure limit valve, compliance certificate, disposal of the old unit, and warranty registration. No add-ons on the invoice.
