What you'll actually pay
- Dispatch and diagnostic fee: $88 flat (covers camera and jetter turning up)
- Standard jetter clear (basin, sink, shower): from $350 fixed
- Sewer or main-line clear with CCTV: $450-$750 fixed
- Root intrusion cut and clear: $650-$1,200 fixed
- CCTV camera survey and written report: $280 as a standalone job
- Pipe repair or relining: quoted after camera - typically $1,800-$5,500
Why the $88 dispatch fee
Every blocked drain job needs a high-pressure jetter and CCTV camera - both are expensive equipment, and we bring both to every callout so you get a real answer on the first visit. The $88 covers the truck arriving fully equipped; it comes off the total if you proceed.
What drives the price up
Depth of blockage, tree root intrusion, collapsed clay pipes and access all affect price. We can usually give a firm quote after the first 15 minutes of camera work.
Insurance and drainage compliance
If it's covered by home insurance, we provide the CCTV footage and written diagnosis your insurer needs. All drainage work is compliant and documented for future property sales.
